Terms and Conditions of Sale – Belshoop

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between Belshoop SRL and any customer making a purchase on the website belshoop.be or in our physical stores located in Belgium.

2. Products

Fashion clothing and accessories, subject to availability. Belshoop reserves the right to change its offer at any time without notice.

3. Order

The customer can place an order:

In-store

Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Belshoop reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery fees are specified before the final confirmation of the order.
Belshoop may change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is made:

Online via credit card or secure payment services (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
In-store: cash or credit card.

The order is considered final only after payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery to:
- Belgium within 1 business day.
- Germany within 3 business days.
- Austria within 3 business days.
- France within 3 business days.
- Netherlands within 1 business day.
- United Kingdom 2 to 3 business days. (Customs fees may apply)
- Luxembourg within 2 business days.
- Spain within 5 business days.
- Canada within 5 business days.
- Denmark within 2 business days.
- Finland within 5 business days.
- Greece within 3 business days.
- Italy within 4 business days.
- Norway within 8 business days.
- Portugal within 2 business days.
- Sweden within 3 business days.
- Switzerland within 3 business days.
Delivery by Bpost, Mondial Relay, or another carrier.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary.
Delivery fees: depending on weight and destination.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Belgian law and the European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

Return procedure:

The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The customer must print and complete the return form available on the belshoop.be website, and send it with the package along with a copy of the order form.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal 2-year warranty against conformity defects (Articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code).
Any claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Liability

Belshoop cannot be held liable:

in the event of temporary unavailability of the website,
for errors in product descriptions,
for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by a case of force majeure.

10. Personal data

The data collected are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district where Belshoop’s registered office is located shall have jurisdiction.
