Return Policy

In accordance with the right of withdrawal applicable in Belgium (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item that doesn’t suit you.

General Return Terms

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging (transparent pouch included).

  • For hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Items that are damaged, stained, torn, perfumed or returned without their original packaging cannot be refunded. A store credit may be offered if the item remains in good condition.

  • Any return past the deadline cannot be refunded. The item can be reshipped at your expense.

How to Make a Return

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for BELSHOOP error or defective item).

1) Complete the return form
Download and complete the return form.
No printer? Copy it by hand (on plain paper) with: order number, last name, first name, email address used when ordering.

2) Prepare your package

  • Place the item back in its original packaging (transparent pouch required).

  • Slip the completed form into the package.

3) Send the package

  • From Belgium: prefer bpost or any carrier with tracking.

  • From abroad: you can use the carrier of your choice, with tracking, to be delivered to the address below.

  • No pick-up points, no hand delivery, no mailbox drop-off.

4) Keep proof of shipment
Carefully keep the proof of deposit and the tracking number until refund.

Return Processing

  • We process returns in order of arrival.

  • The processing time can be up to 15 business days from the receipt of the package at our premises (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Email reminders are not necessary and do not speed up processing.

  • Once your return is processed, you will receive an automatic email confirming the refund or the issuance of a store credit.

  • The refund occurs within 3 to 7 days after processing, depending on the payment method.

Missing Accessory

If an accessory is missing (belt, button, etc.), contact us before sending anything (return or not) with your order number:

Received a Defective Item

In case of a defective item, contact us first by email with photos of the defect attached before taking any action:

We will guide you through the procedure (exchange, replacement, refund).

Unclaimed Package

If you do not pick up your package within the deadline and it is returned to us, you will receive an automatic email upon its receipt at our premises. You can then:

  • Request a reshipment (shipping costs again at your expense), or

  • Request a refund for your order (excluding shipping costs). A processing fee of €8 (preparation, labor, packaging) will be deducted.
